The Listening Program® (TLP) is a Music-Based Auditory Stimulation method that is an affordable, effective approach for enabling individuals with a broad range of challenges and abilities to achieve even more.
- Listening skills
- Auditory processing
- Short-term memory
- Emotional issues
Many children and adults with speech development problems and learning difficulties including dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADD, and autism may well have auditory processing issues. Listening to the music in The Listening Program ® literally exercises and tones tiny muscles in the ear, building stronger multi-sensory pathways in the brain. The brain receives especially rich auditory stimulation and its ability to process sound improves.
The listening schedule requires one or two 15 minute sessions per day over 20 weeks and can be completed at home, simply with a the TLP special music and a recommended pair of headphones.
